Some tips to keep your Spark alive.

Makayla Schilling
1/19/11
period: 4
If you want to start of new and fresh and keep your spark alive:
  • Start every morning/class period with a lively attitude.
  • Don't dwell in the past, live in the present and be excited and happy for what is yet to come.
  • Be quiet with loud taste! When people talk about you make it so that they only talk about the good things. Be quiet in drama. When I say loud taste, it means that your a quiet person but you do it with a bang and you do good for others. I don't necessarily mean quiet in volume but in the social part in school, your not known for something bad, so in that case you could be loud with personality with your friends.
  • Take care of your self! It just puts so much more stress on you trying to shush everyone else and/or stressing your self in working in a group. Set an example!
These are somethings that I would do.

To keep your "spark" alive for 2nd semester you should
1. Eat healthy
2. Sleep long enough
3. Read and write
4. Have positive friends
-Kurt Healy P.4

3. Take things one at a time
4. Be resilient
